"Found this little gem when we were looking for a place to eat after church today. Fantastic service, they didn't hesitate to create a table for a walk in party of 7. Great selection of lunch and breakfast items to choose from and they took time to make recommendations and ask about our preferences. Our waitress was patient and kind and our food came out super quick. I love gyros but cannot eat the bready wrap or pita that usually comes with it so I was thrilled that they had a gyro bowl option. My finicky son got the kid's breakfast and loved it. The chicken and waffles was a big hit also, I am getting that next time. It is so rare to find a spot with excellent food and people happy to welcome you in and feed you like family and it was reasonably priced. We are adding Lina’s to our regular rotation!"

"I finally had the chance to visit Lina’s after hearing so many great things about it — and I’m happy to say it more than lived up to the hype. This place is solid! Whether it’s the cheese steak hoagie or the chicken parmesan, everything is made fresh and full of flavor. The potato salad and Mediterranean sampler were fantastic — especially the falafel, which might be some of the best I’ve ever had. Don’t leave without trying the baklava or the upside-down cake — both are absolutely worth it. And what makes it all even better? Being greeted by the lovely Lina herself — always smiling, always proud of what she and her husband have built. It’s a place that feels like home, and our family will definitely be back!"

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Mediterranean/American gem, and I have to give a special shoutout to Margarita for making the experience truly outstanding. From the moment we walked in, she welcomed us with such a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Margarita was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The salad I tried was crisp and fresh, and the Mediterranean platter was absolutely bursting with flavor it’s was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Overall, the food was delicious, and Margarita’s exceptional service truly made the evening special. If you’re looking for a place with amazing Mediterranean cuisine and top-notch hospitality, I can’t recommend it enough!"

"Amazing dinner, our third visit to this little secret place, first time breakfast was a total delight with Magarita as our attendant, beautiful smile and very welcoming, excellent service, second time I did late breakfast and my husband did a gyro lunch he says the best in the area and he’s a picky eater, again Margarita was our waitress, she made us feel like family. Today our server was s very nice woman Yuliana, what a delight, we had awesome meals, I ordered the Mediterranean platter my husband again very happy with the fish basket he ordered, awesome and very fresh, we complimented our meals with wine and a beer. They make everything here, you can tell by the aroma and flavors. The ambience was excellent for us with soft relaxing music, place is extremely clean, utensils and glasses sparkling clean. The owner Lina is a delight to speak to, she told me what my plate contained because this is my second time eating this type of food, it is really good!!! Please check them out, you will love them."

"This was my first time visiting Lina's after a friend's recommendation. I went for the Jordanian Breakfast Special and it was everything that I hoped for. It includes 2 eggs (your style), veggies, cheese, olives, labneh dip, hummus, pita, and spices. *Chef's kiss Lina offers weeknight dinner specials and Thursday Bingo Night. As soon as my weekday/night schedule clears up, I plan to be a regular! Most importantly, Lina and the staff are amazing. They are so friendly and they treat you like family."

"Talented Kal, makes truly amazing Pot Roast on Mondays. Im impressed with the skills this guy has in the kitchen. Perfectly seasoned Beef, Carrots, Potatoes, Gravy. North Tampa is blessed with Lina's Restaurant. Tonight we got take out. Usually we dine-in because the atmosphere and service leaves us feeling special. Thank you Kal and Lina. And not to forget Cathy. ....try the rice pudding OMG!"

"This place is great! Sheri greeted me warmly. She noticed me right away standing behind a group chatting in front of the hostess stand (they were leaving). I was seated, ordered and received my food within 15 minutes. The Shakshuka is so good! It comes with Naan. I only added a bit of s&p and Tabasco. Coffee is good too. Not too weak or strong. The owner, Lina, is so nice and seems very happy. In fact, every server I saw was smiling. I got some of their baklava to go. They make it on site. This will be a new regular spot for me!"

"Great place in Carrollwood! We came in around 11:45 and didn’t know if we wanted breakfast or lunch. Looked at both menus - they had a great selection. I decided on the smash burger with coleslaw and both were delicious! The burger had such a nice grilled flavor. We also tried the Greek lemon soup and my husband and I both loved it. Lina was there - she helped us and was so friendly and welcoming. Nice atmosphere and very clean. Looking forward to visiting again to try more menu items!"
